Make a Wedding Deposit

We require at least $500 and this checked form to reserve your date. The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. The photographer shall be the exclusive professional photographer retained for your event. Simultaneous photographic coverage by any other photographer, professional or consumer, shall release Dream Copy Photography from this agreement. All photographs produced by Dream Copy Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Dream Copy Photography's explicitly written permission. Limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to you under the following conditions: The digital negatives may be used by you for personal use and for the purposes of reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives. You hereby grant to Dream Copy Photography and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of you or in which you may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. You hereby releases Dream Copy Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to photograph the event, Dream Copy Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. In the event of cancellation of your wedding coverage, we reserve the right to keep this and all monies. Refunds will be pro-rated depending on date, season and availability of re-booking. Your package must be chosen within the next 6 weeks of signing this agreement. We require 1/2 of your package price at that time. (Minus your deposit.) The balance of your package is due at our meeting approximately 2 weeks before your wedding date. After the event, your product images must be chosen within 6 weeks of your initial image viewing. We cannot honor your package pricing after those 6 weeks have expired.
