This event is open to children ages 5-18. 

You may book MULTIPLE session times but you will need to submit this form for each session.  One CHILD or one GROUP of SIBLINGS will be photographed per session.  

For example, if you have two children and would like to have them photographed together and separately, please book THREE sessions.  We  require a session fee downpayment to complete this booking.
