I understand that Karen Tucker Photography respects my privacy and will never share, rent, or sell my personal information. COPYRIGHT All images produced by Karen Tucker Photography are protected by copyright. Images may not be reproduced or altered for any reason without prior written authorization from Karen Tucker Photography. Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited. Purchased digital images by Client(s) may be used by Client(s) for personal website, personal professional websites, social networking sites, or shared to other private parties. Only watermarked images may be used for these purposes. CDs, DVDs, and Flash Drives may not be reproduced or copied and digital images may not be sold to any other party. Images may not be entered into any contest or submission without prior written authorization from Karen Tucker Photography. Screen grab downloads, copying of prints and scanning of prints for digital imagery is illegal and punishable by law. MODEL RELEASE I hereby consent that the photographs taken during our session by Karen Tucker Photography may be used by Karen Tucker Photography; for the purpose of display, etsy, portfolio, advertising, competitions, or publication to promote the studio. I further agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I also declare that I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibilities for such. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver the desired images of your session, Karen Tucker Photography’s liability to the Client(s) for any damage or loss arising during or after the session is limited to a photo reshoot free of charge, in substitution for the choice of any legal actions. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, not following the recommendations of the photographer, or for concerns not discussed during the session. Because of the time spent, before, during and after the original session, the session fee is non-refundable. Karen Tucker Photography is not liable for any injuries, bodily harm, loss or damage of property preceding, during, and following a session. Any breakage or damage to equipment, studio contents, or hotel belongings by Client(s) are the sole financial responsibility of Client(s). Karen Tucker Photography is not responsible for any illness related to food, including cakes and cookies, eaten at the session. In the event the Client’s behavior becomes abusive to Karen Tucker Photography, any member of her team or other participants, Client(s) will be asked to leave, the session will be cancelled and all payments forfeited. Karen Tucker Photography is not responsible for the damage of any product after delivery to Client(s). Client(s) assumes all responsibility for the safety of all products upon receipt. PHOTOGRAPHIC RENDERING While Karen Tucker Photography may capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by the photographer for previewing. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown. No unedited images will be released. RESCHEDULING If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, Client(s) may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should Client(s) fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the session, the deposit and session fee are forfeited and will not be refunded. Karen Tucker Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. RE-SHOOTS/REFUNDS Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, not following the recommendations of the photographer, or for concerns not discussed during the session. The session fee is not refundable once the session has begun. Amounts paid towards your order are not refundable once your order has been placed and processing has begun. Any refunds will be less any service fees Karen Tucker Photography incurs regarding the original payment or refund. PAYMENTS You will not receive your order until your account has been paid in full. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the contract presented, and that by clicking finalize booking below, I am entering into a legal agreement.
